Role: Staff Software Engineer (Fullstack Backend Focused (Ruby+React)). Responsibilities: Define and drive architecture, execution strategy, and technical roadmap; lead development of a feature-rich system for company admins to onboard, adopt, and manage Zendesk products; empower internal teams to integrate solutions; contribute to core support product code. Requirements: Self-starter with initiative to drive projects from start to finish. Location: Pune (on-site at least 3 days a week, Hybrid). Job Type: Full-time.
