Role: Senior Front End Software Engineer at Qualys Responsibilities: - Design and build front-end architecture for scalable web applications. - Develop cross-browser interfaces using ReactJS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. - Build and integrate REST APIs and backend services. - Drive UI performance, scalability, and security. - Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams. - Research and adopt new technologies. - Deliver features in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: - 6+ years of software engineering experience with a front-end focus. - Experience building large-scale, distributed web applications. - Ability to make and drive front-end architecture decisions. - Proven technical leadership. - Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ReactJS, and TypeScript. - Knowledge of front-end build systems like Vite and Webpack. - Understanding of front-end security and performance optimization. - Working proficiency in backend languages like Java, Node.js, or Python. - Experience with REST APIs, SQL, NoSQL, microservice architectures. - Familiarity with Java stack (Spring Boot, Maven) is a plus. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Additional skills include experience with Kafka, Cassandra, Oracle, Elastic Search, Redis, Jenkins, Docker, cloud platforms, and security domains.
