Role Description: Lead Front End Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying ReactJS applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting, testing, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to continuous improvement and DevOps processes. Responsibilities: - Develop applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, Webpack, Javascript, and TypeScript. - Collaborate with product owners, tech leads, and team members. - Diagnose and resolve technical issues. - Develop and execute unit and integration tests. - Mentor junior developers. - Manage backend configurations. - Engage in defining standards, improving security, and optimizing DevOps processes. Requirements: - 5-7 years of experience in front-end technologies, especially ReactJS, Javascript, CSS, HTML. - Expertise in ReactJS, Micro Frontend architecture, State Management, Jest, TypeScript, Webpack, NPM/Yarn. - Knowledge of static code analysis tools like SonarQube and security scanning tools like Checkmarx. - Experience working in agile environments, understanding of design patterns, and industry best practices. - Educational qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT.
