Role Description: Seeking a visionary Principal Engineer to lead the technical evolution in Bengaluru, focusing on building robust, scalable React.js systems for industrial-scale Digital Twins. Responsibilities: - Lead high-level architectural design of complex web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and Micro-frontend patterns. - Design modular UI kits and design systems (extending Bootstrap/Tailwind). - Set standards for React performance, state management, and rendering strategies. - (Good to Have) Act as a bridge between UI and API, with experience in Kotlin/Java influencing backend data contracts. - Elevate the React.js chapter in India through strategic mentorship. - Collaborate with European stakeholders to align technical roadmaps.
