Sr Lead Software Engineer – Front-End Technical Lead (React) - Northern Trust Responsibilities: Solve complex technical and business problems through innovative front-end engineering solutions and sound technical judgment. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and engineering excellence. Serve as the principal designer for front-end applications and digital experiences, defining architecture standards, UI engineering practices, and implementation strategies.
