What You Will Do
Join the HRIS Country Org Management team, where you'll tackle fascinating challenges related to sustainable growth in diverse international markets.
Create innovative products from the ground up and experience exponential scaling, from 0->1 launch to widespread adoption.
Translate high-level business requirements into a software design; communicate the designs to the other developers in the team.
Review and share feedback on code, features, technology, architecture, and designs. Drive the standards around code quality and testing across your product.
Provide mentorship junior engineers on your team to help them grow in their technical responsibilities and remove blockers to their autonomy
Have exposure to business and technical leadership to strategize what can improve our revenue and our ability to scale rapidly
What You Will Need
Minimum 6+ years of programming experience on frontend engineering.
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of the duties
Ideally experience in scaling products 0->1 and 1->100
Experience in technology stack : Python, Django, React, MongoDB, AWS
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment by identifying areas of impact and independently pursuing them
Infectious passion for solving real customer pain points
Experience in building scalable distributed systems
Role: Sr Lead Software Engineer – Front-End Technical Lead (React). Responsibilities include solving complex technical and business problems, providing technical leadership and mentorship, serving as principal designer for front-end applications, defining architecture standards, and partnering with stakeholders. Requirements: Expertise in React, TypeScript, Redux, Redux Toolkit, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and micro front-end solutions.
Role: Senior Frontend Developer. Responsibilities: Build autonomous spend-to-pay software solutions using React and TypeScript. Requirements: 5+ years of professional software development experience, programming experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React, experience with build tools like Webpack and Rollup, testing frameworks like Jest and Enzyme, and knowledge of professional software engineering best practices.
