Role Description:
Seeking a seasoned Senior UX Designer with 7+ years of experience to shape user experiences across products, focusing on user research, interaction design, and systems thinking. The role involves influencing product roadmaps, driving design systems, mentoring designers, and ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and synthesize user research using various methods; present findings to stakeholders.
- Own end-to-end interaction design, create prototypes in Figma or Framer, and ensure WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
- Contribute to and maintain a mature design system; drive adoption and collaborate with engineers.
- Partner with product teams on UX strategy, facilitate workshops, map user journeys, and define success metrics.
- Present designs clearly, manage feedback, and collaborate with engineers on implementation.
Requirements:
